Sweet story, but not my favorite of the series. Seemed as if they really had to force the relationship. I loved that Matt was pining for Amy during the previous book, but I felt more of a connection between them then than I did here. Still, once their romance really got going and I figured out what was wrong with Amy, it was more believable. I know how the past can stay with you and it was wonderful to see her come out of her shell and open up to not just Matt, but the rest of Lucky Harbor. I did feel like there was an awful lot going on in the story, with Amy's runaway teen that Matt finds, Amy's relationship with her mother and her grandmother's story, and Matt's issues with his job, I felt that I got bounced around often. It all came together quickly at the end, maybe too quickly. Still a good read. But I'm really looking forward to Josh and Grace. Gotta love a smart, handsome doctor!
