I've really like all of the IAD up till now, but I just couldn't get into this one. I think I like a more confident hero. The whole unsure, timid lover thing kind of threw me. This one just felt like it didn't flow very well. It seemed there were times where there was a conversation missing or something. I had to really think (terrible, I know) about what may or may not have happened, and sort of make up scenarios in my head from the little text given. Still a good addition to the series, just not one of my faves. One thing I love is that KC keeps the previous series characters involved in the storyline. This one had a lot of Miri and Brock. In fact, they were an integral part of the storyline.
