I love Ms. Quinn's depictions of Hayacinth in this story. She was a wild and mischievous child, and grew up to be an extremely intelligent and still mischievous woman. This was such a fun book, and at the same time had some serious undertones. I found my stomach clenching up in excitement and nervousness. There is a lot of Lady Danbury throughout the book, and she and Hyacinth are a great pair! But I also think that Garreth is a perfect match for her. He is witty and charming, and smart enough to keep up with the Bridgerton clan's youngest daughter. This book wasn't as desperately romantic as some of the others, but still a great addition to the series. One more book to go, and I know I'll be so sad to close the last book on this family!
