Fun, lighthearted contemporary romance. We've got a poor little rich girl trying to live a normal life, and a nice guy playboy with no intentions of settling. They've lived next door to one another for five years, but never really spoken. Disputable property lines lead to an unpleasant encounter that forces them to spend a bit of time together, and they become fast friends. I love how these two are really good buddies before giving into the baser natures, even though both of them feel the tension. They enjoy the others company, and try very hard to stay platonic. Of course, they're both young and attractive, so that doesn't last too long. The characters were likeable, not overly complex, and easy to empathize with. They were fun to read about, sort of a sexy version of a Nora Roberts couple. I've already bought the second in the series, and plan to read it when I need a sweet-n-cute, quick read.
